Mrs. Rawan Fahil is an educator, educational leader, and family empowerment specialist with over a decade of experience supporting children, parents, and educational communities.

With a Master's degree and extensive experience in education, leadership, and family support, she is passionate about creating learning environments where children feel safe, valued, confident, and inspired to reach their full potential.

Believing that a child's success begins with strong partnerships between school and home, Mrs. Rawan pursued advanced professional training through internationally recognized programs in parenting, coaching, personal development, and human behavior. These qualifications have equipped her with specialized expertise in emotional intelligence, child development, family communication, mindset development, and conscious parenting.
